Ensol Energy was conceived in 2014 and incorporated in 2018 as a wholly Ghanaian-owned company providing integrated engineering services to Ghana's oil and gas, power, and mining sectors. Starting as a joint venture partner with Southey Ghana Ltd, Ensol leveraged its minority shareholder position to build technical capacity and develop a strong track record through strategic partnerships.
In 2020, Ensol Engineering was founded to deliver customized engineering solutions. Key investments in 2021 included acquiring Southey Contracting Ltd and a chemical blending facility, prompting the formation of Ensol Group as a holding company. The Group now aims to expand services across the Sub-Region.
